One-on-One coaching session

Group and 1:1 Breathwork sessions 

Breathwork is a guided 3-part active meditation where you will let go of stress, "stuck" thoughts, emotional baggage, and old patterns that are holding you back. This transformational practice will get you out of your own head and into your heart— leaving you feeling light, calm, grounded, and blissed out.

It is a good practice to work on resetting your nervous system.  

You’ll do this using a simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice with music while laying down.
